What is the minimum order amount? Minimum order value for delivery is £100 exclusive of VAT. A charge of £5 plus VAT will be levied on orders below this amount.
What is your delivery radius? Our delivery radius covers large parts of the Home Counties (Herts, Beds and Bucks) and we work on a rough delivery area of 80 miles radius of our head office in Leighton Buzzard but each customer enquiry would be considered on a case by case basis.
What are your delivery days? We deliver Monday to Friday.
How can I open up an account? You'll find a downloadable Customer Account Form within the Contact Us section of the website which you'll be able to print out or complete on-line and submit your account application form in just a few simple steps. NB: we advise customers that this process can take up to 14 days to set up given all the necessary credit check and administrative work involved. When are you open? OFFICE OPENING HOURS are 08.00am 17.30pm Monday to Friday: ANSWER PHONE Monday to Thursday: 17.30pm 21.00pm (Orders after 21.00pm are not guaranteed for next day delivery) Weekend Cut Off: Sunday 17.00pm (Orders after 17.00pm are not guaranteed for Monday delivery) EVERYDAY DELIVERY MON TO FRI.

What methods of payment do you accept? We are able to take payment by way of cash, debit/credit cards & bank transfer.
Am I able to access the COSSH product specification sheets on the website? Yes our customers are able to download the COSSH product specifiction sheets from the "Non-Food" section of the product area of the website.

My order has arrived and it is not correct; how can I speak to someone about this?
Although we strive hard to make sure there are no problems with your order, we appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If there is any issue with your order, if some items are missing, or were damaged during delivery please let the delivery driver know straightaway and then contact us to resolve the issue.
