I have had a look at your new web page - I find it very easy to access and informative and good to see the Allergen link. I often recommend Waterdene to other caterers as I find your service excellent. I have on a couple of occasions forgotten to order items and you have brought them out to us that day. Your Telesales staff are excellent and always give me the best prices on promotions. Your Deliveries are always early and very helpful drivers who will even put items away for us!

Just a short note to compliment you on the excellent customer service and range of products you supply to small businesses like mine. My husband and I run a small catering business (relatively new) and we were introduced to your company when we were approached by your sales person. She did a great job of selling Waterdene to us and we are happy to say that we're glad she did :-) She is an approachable and helpful sales person who understands our little business and responds to every request we have discussed with her. Your sales team on the phone are just lovely and treat me like they care about my order and getting the right products for me - nothing is too much bother. You really should be very proud of them - it's not as common as we would like to find knowledgeable, professional and friendly customer service staff. Last but not least, your delivery service is just brilliant - reliable, everything arrives in good order and with a friendly and helpful driver. I normally get the same guy he is just great and again he is another example of your staff who behave in a professional and ever so helpful manner. I don't often bother to write and say well done but I felt your staff needed a big Thank You :-)
