Prize Terms and Conditions –
Chance to win a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Genio S Plus Machine
By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in
related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
1. Promoter’s Name and Address

2. Eligibility
Entrants to the Promotion must be a customer of Waterdene Foodservice Limited
The Promotion is not open to staff of the Promoter (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or staff of any associated companies, agencies, including promotional partners, administrators, fulfilment agencies or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
We may ask for proof of residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. How to Enter
To enter, entrants should purchase either Nescafé Original Coffee Granules SKU (9463) or Nescafé Gold Blend Coffee SKU (3018) or Nescafé Azera Americano SKU (2053) via Waterdene Foodservice during the Entry Period (defined below).
The participating venue/outlet will be automatically entered into a ‘free draw’ i.e. one order containing at least one Nescafé Original Coffee Granules SKU (9463) or Nescafé Gold Blend Coffee SKU (3018) or Nescafé Azera Americano SKU (2053) will result in one entry.
Each purchase of Nescafé Original Coffee Granules SKU (9463) or Nescafé Gold Blend Coffee SKU (3018) or Nescafé Azera Americano SKU (2053) will generate one entry meaning that the same customers can enter multiple times if they purchase more than once. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the venue/outlet entering the Promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
4. Entry Period
This Promotion is open from 01.11.2024(00:00). The closing date of entry is 31.12.2024
(23:59).
Any entries received after 31.12.2023 (23:59) will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.
5. Selection of Winner
The winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner will be chosen at random from a pool of venues/outlets that correctly enter the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion via an independently verified, randomised computer process within fourteen (14) working days of the closing date in paragraph 3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.
The winner of the Promotion will be notified by telephone and/or email.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by email. However, if the winner has not responded to notification within forty-eight (48) hours or if a selected winner is ineligible, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend this provision of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Prize
The Prize is supplied by Waterdene Foodservice Limited in conjunction with the Promoter comprises one Nescafé Dolce Gusto Genio S Plus machine. There is one (1) Prize to be won during the Promotional period.
The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Prize.
The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal value.
7. Receiving the Prize
The Prize has no expiry date and is supplied by Waterdene Foodservice Limited in conjunction with the Promoter and will be sent directly to the winner by delivery (with their next order) or collected from our depot.
8. Data Privacy
For the purposes of this Promotion, entrants must be a customer of Waterdene Foodservice. As such, entrants will have a registered customer account with Waterdene Foodservice which shall include commercial entity information. This means that any contact information will be limited to commercial outlet/retail information, rather than personal data.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.
To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize.
Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or
failed electronic data transmissions; and/or
2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, regarding any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
The Promoter and any associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall accept any responsibility for difficulties, cost or expense experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any behaviour or misconduct on the part of the participants/winner(s) that disrupts either the efficient running of the promotion, the enjoyment of the Prize or the reputation/integrity of Promoter, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept entry or to terminate/suspend the Promotion and/or the entrants/winners. The Promoter reserve the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

Winners may be required to undergo a background check.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, as applicable, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish or Irish Courts, as applicable.
